The Always Positive Foundation was founded in 2001 as a 501 (c) 3 non-profit public charity to change attitudes, transform lives and restore hope by inspiring people and organizations to choose a positive attitude, teach them the benefits of developing strong character and providing opportunities for them to make a positive difference in their life and the lives of others.

The Essence of Always Positive is the power of a positive attitude. The word character captures the “heart and soul” of the Always Positive brand. Character is often defined as “who you are when no one is watching and what you are willing to stand for when someone is watching”. Always Positive represents the integrity of one’s character which is revealed when there is consistency between one’s actions and inner convictions — over time. Character is critical in choosing a positive attitude, because it is not only shaped by crisis, it is revealed in crisis. When crisis occurs, you discover more about yourself as you listen to the words you speak, actions you take and attitudes you demonstrate.

Always Positive unites people and organizations to create cultural change by spreading a message of hope through their attitudes, actions and words.

By choosing a positive attitude we believe it shapes the character of a person, which in our case begins with the millions of kids, tweens, teens and their parents around the world.
